Coverage and freshness

Selected city, MPO/county-area, airport and transit projects. Exact data scopes take priority; Hanover is retained as a clearly labeled design-led exception and the transit survey is an adjacent field-data assignment.

SAM.gov search: One inactive federal notice verified in the public SAM detail page. A bounded active “traffic count” public search returned no matches; this is not a complete federal search. The documented public API requires an API key and is not connected.

University board screened with no qualifying notice found. Additional state-source retrieval failed and remains unknown; no hospital notice was verified. Paid/private portals not accessed. Missing or blocked sources remain unknown, never zero demand.

This is a manually reviewed snapshot, not a continuously refreshed feed. Source collection produces a private review queue and does not publish automatically. Check issuer notices and amendments before responding.

How to read status and coverage

Open means the cited deadline was ahead on the verification date, not a guarantee the issuer has made no later amendment. Passed deadlines, inactive notices, awards and proposal signals are separate. Historical records help assess scope; they are not invitations to bid. Subcontract fit is a hypothesis unless expressly confirmed.

Coverage added means another source was checked, not that a relevant or open notice was found. A portal homepage alone does not count as a collected notice. Source errors are kept in the private collection log for retry.

For maintainers: the official SAM public API documentation requires a registered user's public API key from Account Details. API connection and public-page verification are separate coverage states.
